Good place to live & quite quiet. Beautiful scenery & lots of events held for the children by the office staff. Absolutely love the young lady Marshay that works in the office since shes always smiling & bubbly every time I see her, even if just in the parking lot or if I just stop by.

I have to say from the young ladies in the office to the maintenance, the team is just wonderful. Coming from NYS the transistion ran very smoothly. Katrina, who helped me, the most, was patient, courteous and so helpful. Applying, paperwork, contracts was the easiest I have ever dealt with.

The staff at Arboretum Place are amazing. The front office and maintenance staff are always friendly and accommodating, creating a strong sense of community. I am renting a Dogwood 2/2 apartment and love the space and layout. Walks are thinner than I'd like but that's apartment living.
